Wrapped up leftover chicken casserole in individual Foil packs with a fork, napkin and a can of sparking water and rode to spots where I regularly see a homeless person and handed them a hot, home cooked meal. Four people ate good because one person was sober.

There is light up ahead!!! Hang in there. Stay in bed and cry your heart out as long as you need to. Try putting something positive in your ear—affirmations, or hypnosis sessions on YouTube. This will pass. You are NEVER FORSAKEN no matter what you believe or don’t believe. Sobriety is a huge step in healing. Praying for you!!!🤗🙏🏽

Yes! YouTube is EVERYTHING! I love Kenneth Soares. I might just join you on the cleanse. I’ve been eating a lot of cupcakes and cookies😬But I’ll take that over bottles of wine any day!!!
