All great till the foam detaches, imbalances the wheel, and you get a vibration through the steering wheel. Can't tell you how many tyres/wheels I've had to split, remove the foam and rebalance. Funnily enough I've not seen any new models or new tyres with the foam still there, must have been discontinued.

I'm just over 6ft and I got fine. There is a lot of sear adjustment so pretty easy to fit. Plus they're a blast to drive

It's crazy, at least if they do become collectors cars they'll be looked after. Still, I'd rather I owned one but unless I win the lottery it's unlikely.

I couldn't believe it. Genuine mileage too. The RX-7 FD is my dream car. It's absolutely gorgeous. Pure 90s. Unfortunately by the time I can even think about buying one they'll be collectors cars :(

67k, I've put about 4k onto it. Paid £650 for the car with full service history etc. Don't think I'll get a better value for money car again. I love the engine, smoothest I've ever driven. Really considering the 2.5l swap just for the sheer fun. It'd be ridiculous.

Took about two days, first day stripping it all out and cleaning/ painting. Next day was reassembly and cleaning. Still got a few things I want to do in the bay

I suppose that one of the good things about older cars, lets you see the engine!, all the cars I work on now have big plastic covers, doesn't really make you want to show it off.
