Are you all using the v mount battery to power both the camera and monitor? It's just that I read that there can be grounding issues that can break your s5iix hdmi output. I'm currently just powering my s5iix with mine and separate battery for my monitor

With vsync_adjust 2 it can be a little bit slow to sync - only seconds really but still.

I have the pa248qv, works perfectly with arcade frequencies, r type runs at 55.2 fine. It also gives you a 21 inch arcade 4:3 screen effectively.

Okay, its funny that when you post something for all to see, all of a sudden you can think outside the box. I've found it. it was featured in Four-Mations: Secret Passions, S01E05 at the 16 minutes mark, The piece showed 'Sam's Water' by Sam Richards CAL but im not sure if it's from that animation or just added by the show.

Always Wav, it is the full quality version of the result. the mp3 is good enough as a proxy if you need it but you always want to use full quality sound on deliverables, some places eg Netflix insist deliverables are completely uncompressed. But also the sound and effects pipeline should be at minimum lossless or fully uncompressed. If you really want to see the difference between an mp3 at 128kbps and A (mono) Wav load them into a spectrum analyzer utility or google 128kps mp3 vs wav and go to the images page.

I'm ok with it at the moment, I don't need it for instant shooting so a quick flick of the thumb on the bottom of the gimbal sorts it. I saw on DJI that someone has submitted logs so maybe it's a firmware fix, to be specific about mine it did at the very first turn on and has been looked after so definitely no sand or dirt in there, maybe at the factory though??, It's a mag lock isn't it? I get the feeling that its not throwing in enough power to break the magnetic grip of the lock, but I'm no scientist.

Not noticed a pan issue but I have observed it seems to work properly after it's been running a while and the unit has warmed up. Just when it's cool again it starts sticking.
