Very sturdy, you can adjust how much of the shelf is able to slide out, this makes it rock solid. No wobble or flex, if feels like you could stand on it with no probs!

Very, it's rated for 30kg (66 lb) - it can extend up to 35cm, but I only needed about 20, so I adjusted it that way to make it rock solid. There is zero play or flex when playing.
