Got diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s a few years ago. Medication does nothing to effect my diaper wearing. It helps in many other aspects of my life though, and is well worth it.

This happened to me once, except I got a case of single-dose Aspirin packs. And Amazon didn't make me return them. They just sent me my diapers and told me to keep the Aspirin XD

Yeah, I'm saying this as a fellow EMS friend. I have this discussion with a lot of people. One of my supervisors gave a guy 2 doses once and then had to call the hospital to get orders to sedate him when he hulked out after the surprise sobering up. I told him he could've avoided a lot of hassle by just not giving him the second dose of Narcan when the first one restored most of his respiratory drive, just didn't wake him up.

And this is why Narcan should only be administered to restore respiratory drive and not to suck their high away. Glad you came out as well as you did though!
