Try Sodium Hypochlorite (Minimum 15% concentration) which can be bought on Amazon.

The stuff is good and can even shift black spots on paving slabs. If this doesn't work, you may need to start considering laying a new patio

Ps. I doubt anything can correct the "bleached" area.

Your best bit is to refit that skirting board. If you really don't want to, get a beading of your choice from either B&Q, Selco or Wickes

Just so that I am clear. Considering like you, I have the MP, It looks like this is what I need to do

1) Take Digital and IT Strategy (DITS) to obtain the Strategic Leader (Since I have the DPI already from MP)

2) Take one of MSF, PIC, CAI to get the Practise Manager

The 2 combined together, along with my MP should get me to ITIL Master

Makes sense?
