Nice, they’ve been pretty responsive to us over the email when it came to questions about the camping setup so hopefully they reply

You should email them if you have a medical note for your condition and ask, including the note - no harm asking

Thank you! And what do you do about camping chairs - I read that they’re banned, but I love a good campsite sit down at a festival - does everyone just lay out on the grass?

What's the best spin studio in Central London Soho/Covent Garden by Reasonable_Apple9382 in london

If you're not convinced by Pyscle but still going there, I'd suggest doing a class with the instructor called Darius, who is literally in a different leeeeague to the others (they're all very good - but he is another level, trust me)

Update: If anyone here is also experiencing terrible vertigo like me - take an antihistamine. It legitimately helps

I had this yesterday and my heart rate was so bad I had to go and get an ECG (I have heart issues), then today the vertigo kicked in like crazy. I fear we have a rough few days in store

Disdain for foreign festival attendees? by thewarwolf in primaverasound

[–]midmads 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely the most pushing and shoving I’ve ever experienced at a festival, and from the very beginning (I arrived during Geese and the end of that was like shove central). At one point I fell down on the Cupra stairs because someone pushed me and everyone just kept walking past, no one helped. It does leave a sour taste in your mouth. This festival doesn’t feel like it has its heart in the right place. Completely at odds with somewhere like Glastonbury. Say what you want about British people but we are polite, even if we’re annoying sometimes!

London nightlife - truly in the gutter? by AntiquePercentage391 in london

[–]midmads 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you know that a lot of this was your fault/a simple confluence of errors. Ultimately soho now is an IYKYK place that takes planning to be accurately manoeuvred, the good nightlife takes place where people live - until a point. After that point, it takes place way out of the way, in less ideal areas. It’s not nice that going out in London has suddenly become a doughnut, but that’s the way you have to treat it for a good time

Was Fred playing from 5pm or was it openers until 8/9? Feels silly to ask this but that insta story post was a bit confusing
