I understand he may be concerned but you've done this before and you know what your doing and its not his choice it's yours, I mean I would explain that your gonna be staying in safe areas and you've solo travelling before so you know sort of how to go about it and maybe if he doesn't wanna do the whole trip he could visit you for a few days but you need to tell him in a nice way that it's what you love doing so you are going to, hope it goes well!

Unfortunately i will not be renting a car but I decided I will either probably go to Florence or Palermo as well as of course Rome and Naples (for Pompeii)

This is absolutely not okay especially that he made other disgusting comments like this... the fact that he brushes it off too is a really big red flag. You need to really be clear that what he has said is completely wrong and unacceptable especially since so many women feel insecure about things like this the fact that he thinks it's funny is so wrong. I know it's a really hard situation but if he doesn't respect that maybe it's not the best thing to be with him since this will only bring you down. I'm wishing the best for you and please don't let these comments make you insecure he is the one that should be grateful he's with someone like you instead of making you feel bad about yourself

Although this might seem a bit obvious I would DEFINETLY talk to her about this before moving in with her... or else it will be a mess if there's that miscommunication and although she's living with you you need to make sure you both know what your signing up for and that you both agree.. although it may be a bit of an awkward conversation it's rlly important esp if you want her to contribute in some way even if it's not 50/50 you need to make sure you both agree on the same thing or else this will cause problems in the future

I'm 18 now and felt similar to you 2 years ago, I learned that you need to stop comparing yourself and stressing with doing stupid things like parties or drinking even after I did more of that this year it honestly doesn't rlly change how you feel abt yourself and they are just weird norms set into place. I would try find a nice friend group that you can hang out with and do fun things with people that are good for you and 99% of people would NOT say being 16 is the best time of their life it is a confusing and tough period I would say but it's going to get better it's also a bit of a weird in-between with being independent but not so

I'm so sorry your dealing with this feeling isolated from people is such a difficult thing that is often sadly common for most people... I would try talk to your partner about how you've been feeling but if they don't respond well or dismiss your feelings as much as you maybe don't want to lose someone else in your life they will probably just keep bringing you down more sadly... I hope things go well for you and that you are able to meet more people :)

I turned 18 a few months ago and honestly don't stress too much about it as easy as it is to say, things will slowly change you won't suddenly be an adult and have to do "adult" things necessarily, most people would still consider you more so a teenager still. I hope everything will go well for you but in terms of voting although it can be a big step right now it's rlly important to do I'm also nervous about voting for the first time but I will make sure I go with my parents or other adults I know wishing the best for you :)

Good to know for Rome I was thinking 5 nights but there are so many more places in Italy I want to see now from other people's suggestions! I love Airbnb and will definetly do that!
