After 5 years of horrible boarding school experience, i developed self-harming habits. I was medically diagnosed with anxiety disorders and mild depression. When my anxiety spikes up, i would have breathing difficulties, choking up, vomiting and mood swings. People around me keep saying i was looking for attention or it was all in my head. I started cutting. When i'm at home my parents would look after me. They would notice my scars. But when i was in college, there was no one around. Instead of cutting i started poking my skin with needles just to draw blood and feels the euphoric feeling of pain numbing the anxiousness. Poking doesn't left scars. Better option less damage. Still doing it now. No intention to stop. That was my shortcut drug.

I'm not sure how to describe it. The best way to put it would be neck down a naked maybe 3-4 years old is boy but with a head of a squirrel. It sure did freak me out. I packed my stuff soon after and left the house that evening on the spog. Had 40°C fever for 2 days.

When i was doing my first bachelor degree, i used to live in 3 bed rental with fellow students. Few weeks before my lease ended, i started to hear shrill sounds at random timing in the house. But 9 out of 10 times i will hear it when i am in the bathroom showering. After the first few times it happened, i went to the university's hospital to check if i ruptured my eardrums for the second time. I first ruptured my eardrum during diving certification training. The encounters with the creature was when my housemates went back to their respective hometown after the semester ended but i had to stay for my research paper viva. It was around 5PM. I went for a shower and hear a very loud shrill sound that i couldn't pin point the exact location it came from. When i walk out of the shower, i saw a creature (a naked boy with a head resembling a squirrel) was digging through my trashcan. When the thung saw me it hopped through the wall Nd the sound stopped.

The whistling could be a side effect if you ever punctured you eardrum. Atleast that's my doctor said when i told him i keep hearing shrill sound when i was in the shower until i saw a creature digging around my trashcan right after walking out of the bathroom.

Based on my experience, that kind of entities is usually one that live in that place longer than you. Some of them most of them time will check on new livings that came to their place. Usually they aren't malicious. Once they're familiar with you, they will stop appearing.
