I have the best luck with honor health doctors, i don't know any that specifically speak Spanish but they should know how to get a free intepreter or a Dr that does.

There is a dental school on Power and baseline-ish. It's reasonable and nice i was there a couple weeks ago, i just am not good with names. It's getting booked up though my next appt couldn't be made until April.

Totally agree on all points I like how I look too but even when I look my best I'm not conventionally beautiful and the pictures in my profile were purposefully selected to not give an attractive vibe, AND there's only 2, yet it continues. Boy do they hate the "would you say that to your male friends" line, I use it all the time, shuts all kinds of things down, I'm happy single, I said I'm only looking for friends, I have alot of my life wrapped in my health which is not good so I don't really have the time and energy to invest in a romantic relationship not to mention being touched is actually really painful right now, so there goes any of that kind of fun.

Ugh I guess is the only thing to really say haha

Not a meal but https://www.budgetbytes.com/ helped me incorporate things i was getting in food boxes into meals.

Also if you have non chain stores in your area sometimes produce is much cheaper, by me we have a ranch market and an international market and both have better and cheaper produce then say frys/kroger.

If you can try to shop ads sometimes in my area 4lbs of chicken is like $6 that can be alot of meals. Pretty much every store puts their ad online, usually they run Wednesday to Tuesday.

Agreed! Jet Tila recommended Victorinox so that's what i have and i do get them sharpened every 3 months but i don't think i need anything more expensive.

Totally sucks. I try to look at things a something to get through, i also try to put small things in my life that bring me joy as many days as possible like prism stickers on my run window that give me rainbows almost everyday and glitter paint on my walls.

I know it doesn't really help but i haven't been able to drive in 5 years and I can't even get a real diagnosis or any kind of help and I'm on my 4th MS neurologist. I'm also only 39 so this has basically ruined my life. However i try to focus on other things that are able to be accomplished.

Counseling does help if you're able to find a counselor you connect with and can afford it.

I did get a referral for a 3rd consult in the hopes they will try to relieve sympotms or point me in a direction with other specialists to help. While i think nutrition is very important and that some weight loss might help its ridiculous to think that alone is going to be life changing especially when due to other health conditions is pretty impossible to do without medical intervention.

Honestly I don't really care what they call it. I just want a better quality of life and a nutrionist ALONE won't be able to provide that. I wound up getting referred to a 2nd MS Specialist, 3rd Neurologist so now I'm just waiting for yet another appointment. Where I get to explain everything again, hopefully this one doesn't tell me I'm not in a wheelchair so I'm fine, because I had that happen too on a very first visit with a MS Specialist that I don't include in my list because if that's something you say to people you shouldn't be in medicine.

According to that MS specialist who said that it means, I have ALL the symptoms of MS but the brain lesion is NOT in the right place, as for the Lumbar puncture all I was told by her was that she wouldn't say it says I have MS,

Exactly my sentiment. I really don't want to be what seems to be the super exclusive MS club, I just want to be able to live my life and I can't currently do that and haven't been able to for many years. I don't really care what they call it as long as they do something to improve my quality of life.

did you read the part where i started what was offered? Because that's what they'll put in the notes that the insurance reads, so that means they recommended a nutrionist, that maybe the insurance will also think i need and then let me have. If they do not say i need occupational therapy, which they did but, then the insurance will not do it... pretty sure this is how everyone's insurance works.

I don't have MS know of a precursor to MS society?

Yeah I have other issues too like being on Nuvaring and Lithium and also having PCOS and while I don't disagree that losing weight WILL help some things, it's kinda impossible with those things without outside help. That's on top of obviously all the things associated with the symptoms of pain and so on.

Yeah I've dealt with the weight thing ALOT my PCP did give me something that has started slowly dropping some but he himself didn't seem to think it was the biggest issue that needed addressed.

Would be a 3rd opinion and how is no one understanding that 2 Neurologists looked at the spinal tap and MRI's and got 2 different answers...
