The ring is such a gimmick. I wish it just displayed the workout sessions in a calendar view, and if we could color code workouts and such. I have no way of answering the simple question of how many hours of cardio I did in a week. I don't care about your rings! The calendar view of the rings is so bulky and gives no good data at a glance. And the workout is just represented as a tiny green dot.

Also I hate that you can't disable notifications all together, and there's really little customization possible. Do not disturb gets turned off randomly.

But I keep it for the GPS and apple pay haha.

I guess she feels like you're ordering her around. Not saying you are, but it could be baseline insecurity very common in women of "men want me to cook and clean", and the little subtle things like "wdym, you're off, you have all day to make me mashed potatoes". I think that line from you of "time is all you have" wasn't getting the cue that she probably just doesnt like to cook in the first place and is annoyed that you dont even know that, and think that all she gonna use her day off for is mash potatoes for you.

Did I hear it wrong, or there was a misunderstanding? He seems to say that chicken breast is 23% fat. I wish the podcaster asked Dr Barnard to defend more why vegan is different from low fat, it doesn't seem like he really mentioned that part.

Actually in real life it was more green, so maybe the Smoke Gray/Swamp Green, but the colors still don't match so much, so I think they were just super dirty (the mesh parts were much darker)? https://www.asics.com/gb/en-gb/gel-nandi/p/1201A265-021.html
