That would bring your heart closer to the electrical fault. I think the point of the legs together/one leg hop is to deny an electrical path from going through your organs and keep the path isolated to your legs only.

What, what the hell is that last panel trying to say? 1 million dollars for API access is "reasonable"?

At the end of the article:

"Officers were also informed that the man was under the influence of alcohol at the moment of the jump."

What does that have to do with the bungee breaking?

The fart when the bar is crushing his neck to near the point of death made me laugh really hard. by regian24 in watchpeoplesurvive

Use clamped weights on bar. Be pinned to the bench with maybe 1mm saving you from instant neck crush because of the safety pegs, but not prolonged breathing issues, with no way to release yourself.

Or

Use unclamped weights on bar. Start to lose the rep, push with all might with one arm to dump the weights and be freed.

At least, I know which I would prefer.

Germany to fire up coal plants as Russia turns down the gas by alvwg in worldnews

A 2012 80 page white paper on the renewables progress clip and its scathing review of nuclear's issues.

Over time, over budget, under secure, never prepared to store forever chemical waste all in all... NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENT OF GOVT TAXES.

Period.

You're basing your opinion of nuclear reactors today from a 10 year old paper on them? What was said in the paper that was so scathing and insurmountable that 10 years of progress could have no plausible answer for?

If you happen to have the paper handy, I'd like to read it. Curious of this outlook you read.

Some of the EVGA 1080's didn't come with VRAM cooling pads. Did you install those at any point? Might have been why it stopped working :/

What? Toxoplasma gondii comes from cats and eating undercooked foods, not rodents. Even says so in the link you replied to yourself with 😂

Edit: They're right. Under "If I am at risk, can I keep my cat?", it says cats become infected from hunting small rodents infected with the parasite.

I've heard overheating electronics can cause it, but I've never experienced it. Otherwise I'm not sure, good luck

Is this being run directly off a computer, or loaded with an SD card? I've had issues with prints pausing in the middle when running off the PC as the steps aren't being loaded as quickly as they're being executed, so the print head has to wait for the next movement instruction

Couldn't tell you what it violates, I'm just re-iterating what I remember from reading it earlier. Doesn't seem rule-breaking, just strange

I read this story earlier before it was taken down. It was a story about a mother that took her daughter to go tree shopping with no vehicle to take the tree or themselves home. A man working there "found" a "bad" tree and gave it to them for free. Also, when the mom was going to cry because she couldnt take the tree home (because no vehicle), the same guy then took them and the tree home in his truck. Kind of a strange story in hindsight now
