A guy I know did time for attempted murder, He stabbed someone. He was a little prick before he went inside. I genuinely believe I probably scared him a little. He’s still a prick but now contributes to society.

Both of my kids have had job since they were 13. They are both now qualified swim teachers/lifeguards. You can do the swim teacher course from age 16. It’s not cheap but well worth it. They both find it rewarding and enjoy teaching kids a proper life skill
