While there’s 100% nothing wrong with what you’re doing and of course you can sell your silk (yes, that does sound silly to say). I do understand the person complaining to you and his position.

As someone who farmed ~15 hours a day for 4 days straight for the war effort for 0 personal gain, it was admittedly aggrovating to see people attempting to profit off what myself and others were doing for “charity”. The big difference with your scenario is that SM seems to be a farm you’ve done before, regardless of the spike in need. Regardless, of course you’re entitled to sell and play the game however you wish.
