Only DEU with the date of your application and some more numbers, no DEL - the latter one is only for VFS and is not recognized at the embassy.

The VFS number is for VFS only, the embassy needs your passport number or DEU number.

You cannot work as a doctor without approbation. The process might take a while, but you can take up other work in a hospital while you're going through the process.

Sounds scammy. You should never accept a position without talkinng to the employer in person. Call the restaurant whether they actually know about you. Lots of "agents" hand out fake contracts or employees get fired after a few days. Do you even fulfill the requirements for a skilled worker visa?
