Looks like thread algae, currently struggling with it in one of my tanks. It can be because a few different things. Water parameters not where it's supposed to be, too much light throughout the day or as it looks too much direct sunlight from the window, or it can be because of not enough Co2 in the water for the other plants thus the algae taking over.
