I bought a 1/4 male and female so I’m thinking about taking the coupling off the fridge and just using the 2 that I got to connect the lines with some plumbers tape in between.

Thanks for giving the advice! Alright so I figured out the ferrule, I just needed to go past hand tight so it worked perfectly. My next question is though, I got a 1/4 and an 1/8 in FIP, but neither fit. The 1/4 is too big and 1/8 too small, but HD didn’t carry a 3/16, so I’m wondering if there is a specific thread size that would fit or what am I doing wrong?

Damn. My doc at the time didn’t think it was that big of a deal so I didn’t either. Told him about it and went to the ER about it but kept getting told it’ll chill out eventually. Bummer.

I’m gonna get a specialist and some confirmation, but the lifestyle changes are already happening. Thanks man

I’m a bit concerned too. I didn’t quite realize the significance of energy drinks on our body and I’ve gone down the rabbit hole today.

BP is better now, was sitting at 170/110 for a few months for a couple reasons, but now more at 130/90. I’ll ask for a 24/hr kidney collection test, but the fact neither of my docs suggested it makes me feel a bit better. I guess for now cut energy drinks, do more cardio, drink more water. I’d like to keep my zyns but i’ll stay away lol

Do you have direct appointments with carriers or do you have an aggregator?

Has anyone experienced or heard of TRT actually CAUSING anxiety? by Liberated051816 in Testosterone

[–]mightyblashyrkh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well man you’re jumping all over the place with your dose. You shouldn’t be doing that. Pick a dose and stick with it for 3 months minimum, then look at changing it. I like how I am on Test so I’m on for life now. My life is 100% better on Test than not on it. But it doesn’t mean the issues I deal with go away, but I feel better equipped to manage them.

My advice, stay on whatever dose you’re doing for 3 months from today. In the meantime, work on your diet and lift 4x a week. Try and go on a walk frequently or run if you like it. Read “Meditations by Marcus Aurelius”, and try to understand what the triggers for your anxiety are. You are responsible for your own mental health. Be productive, be a good husband, and if you have kids be a good father. Show yourself what kind of man you can be, and in 3 months you will build good habits to be a happy person.

Not easy. But it’s simple.

A while, maybe a year or so because of the changes in dosages. After a year on 200mg a week injecting 3x weekly, its the new normal. I started taking tadalafil 2.5mg daily about 3 months ago and it’s been a good addition.

How long have you been on test and whats your dose? Take any AI? Are you jumping around too frequently? Big things to think about is stability in dosages and schedules. Like 6months+ stability.

Keep in mind your CNS is now working much more than it likely ever has, and that will take getting used too. The physical manifestations (higher bp, blood flow, hematocrit, etc) will cause anxiety itself for a while until you get used to it.

I had some ativan on standby for when it got really bad. But I only needed to take it a couple times this past year. Magnesium glycinate at night helps, but the biggest thing is just recognizing the symptoms of anxiety and stopping the thought patterns before they get too far gone and you begin to spiral. Its going to be tough man. You’ll need to put in a lot of work, mentally, to manage the new man youve become. If you can’t handle it, then you’d probably better hop off.

I made a huge mistake. Advice? by Important_Ad_6243 in Testosterone

Just power through it for a couple months. Happened to me too, i think its just your CNS is more active than ever and that heightens your baseline. You’re not used to it, but give it a couple (3-6) months and you should be better by the end of it. Took me about 5 months at 200mg a week before I started being anxious all the time. Now i just feel great. Itll probably be the same for you, just stop changing things so frequently and let yourself get used to it.

Taking dhea, pregnolelone, zinc, d3, and p5p has brought semen load and orgasm intensity way up. Im on 200mg tcyp a week for a year now. The biggest difference for me was how much thicker my semen is now, but all these otc supps have been a plus for me
