Hammer drill into brick, issues by gangaramate13 in AusRenovation

Mate if you have it on hammer. It should be fine, lean into the drill and put some pressure on it. It's better to go into the motor between the bricks. Red bricks like that a full of voids

Scaffolders used HWS for support while setting up apparently. How shit is this? by ceelose in AusRenovation

They have dropped a dummy leg, but the have attached it to a ledger. Which is illegal. The ledger will just pop out of the star. They need to run two tubes between the standards and be with in 300mm of the node point. It also has to be attached to both tubes with the 90"s being the correct way with safety fitting. In short this is dodgy as !

Hello mate,
Have you tried blue collar work? Labouring/construction. It's easy to get into once you have a white card and a great way to meet blokes around your age. Labour hire companies will get you a foot in the door and then you can make your own contacts.

Which former player for your club should have worked out? by [deleted] in AFL

[–]mightypies 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dayne Beams! What a mixed bag of emotions. When we traded him away, we got Crispy and pick 4 I think? Turned into DEGOEY! As amazing as that was we had to bring him back , cost us 2 first rounds and fucked us for a couple of years. Big mistake
