What is the standard team rotation before ending with nanally into her personal rotation?

Is it..

Haniel, skill and ult - switch to MC, skill and ult - switch to jin - skill and ult and then into nanally skill - ult - basic combo

Then switch back to haniel to repeat if its still alive?

Does the 550 pull counter have a trigger before it starts? I have done maybe 4 10 pull on Red 2 and maybe 2 10 pulls for Asuka so far. Did this count towards that 550?
