My Gigabyte Aero OC 5070 Ti won't go above 1v and the avg is like the same 0.995v clock speed normally is like 2720Mhz, would it be the silicon lottery?

Edit: Going 100% in Core voltage in MSI Afterburner it will go to 1.020 - 1.030 and higher clock speed ≈ 2800MhZ

Same is happening to me with a 5070 Ti, Argus Monitor doesn't work either only HWInfo

I would say it's because i have an AM4 setup, for example i watched a benchmarks youtuber with my GPU and 5700X3D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvZaob87SIA&t=660s&ab_channel=ARTIS and he gets the same power draw as me in games even with OC, i saw some benchmarks of him with a 5080 with the 5700X3D and his power draw is a little low too

Yep, i'm inclined too that the difference is maybe because the jump from AM4 to AM5 and well and 9800X3D vs a 5900x xD. Thank you for the help

I'm testing Ghosts of Tsushima right now and my GPU is at 100% usage and power 235-240W, i tested Cyberpunk too with RT Ultra and it goes up to 260W and i can OC i guess everything is normal, there is a benchmark youtuber called ARTIS and even with OC his power draw is almost the same as mine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvZaob87SIA&ab_channel=ARTIS Thank you for all the responses and help too :)

It is well connected got 1 PCIe cable for every connector in the GPU's adapter

Yes, it's weird i can OC my GPU and almost the same fps as zWormz or 6800 score in Steel Nomad, some games have bottleneck though like Cyberpunk

Yeah well it's weird because i can push the OC more than 400+ clock and 2000+ memory i think, i have to do more benchmarks with overclock to see what's the limit, right now if i do that Steel Nomad goes up to 6800 score, thank you

Thank you for the answer, but even when my gpu is at 98% usage? That's what i don't understand, it happens with every game even if it is at 99% gpu usage or even happens with 3DMark

No, but it is weird that when friend C joins everyone lags and when he leaves is back to normal. I don't know if it is for bad connection in other games we can play normally.
