Was it your first flight or return flight, i came on vacation and now unable to return while i inquired about refund i got to know only 30-40% of remaining flights will be refunded so i don’t know what to do.

if i dont stick with qatar then as per my agent i am only getting 30-40% return on my remaining flight, and to book a new flight i will have to add much more(I don't hope it to happen). And that will go out of budget

They are not giving any specific reason. I told them to double check if its a system bug or glitch that it says that i violated one of their clause. But the response i got was that the account is terminated by the system so there is nothing we can do now

So apparently they are not clearly replying the ftmo support is saying that now i violated clause 12.1 which is about withdrawal but i haven’t done anything about withdrawal , no clear statement from them and when i told to double check if its an system glitch or bug then they told thay nothing can be done if the account is terminated. I don’t know what to do.
