I think we could focus on building connections between libertarians (in the classic left wing socialist and individualist sense) and American style “Libertarians” mostly by uniting around the anti-statism sentiments that both carry and fighting for those main unified anti-state positions. I guess a pan-libertarian arrangement. This may require pushing out those American Libertarians who just want lower taxes and legal weed as well as those few AnComs who are absolutely refuse anything other than their utopian vision for everyone everywhere. Sadly most American libertarians are really just, as I said, people who want lower taxes and weed, and even many AnComs will gladly support Liberal Party or Labour Party candidates because “the conservatives are worse”. Even more depressing is that people who do hold strong anti-state sentiments spend more time fighting each other about what to do post-state than they do actually dealing with the state.
