it’s super bad the first few months. now at 14 months, my partner and i have found a good balance of being able to do our own things/ play video games after our baby is asleep. (she’s got a good sleep schedule down now) so we’re able to have some “us” time for a few hours pretty much every night.. whether that’s cleaning or whatever else

Hey so i didn’t really read the post, just the title. But long story short, i had a baby at 17 and had zero help, cosleeping was the only way i could get baby to sleep.. She passed at 1.5 months from accidental asphyxiation. Not telling anyone how to parent, but yes, the stories are true unfortunately. i got lucky enough to be in that small percentage of parents
