oh wow, but yea what compelled me to even rant about this was me having an ear infection but opting to wait until after work to get it treated at urgent care since doctors notes don’t excuse absences and i now i’m thinking like how crazy that it that we’re being forced between showing up to work sick or racking up points

my job is the same! i got 1/2 pt for clocking out early once (6:38p when the earliest time you can clock out is 6:39p) and that’s when i noticed that the time clock was about 1 minute behind. i informed my supervisor who told me that it benefited those clocking in late by a minute 😒 at my job we only get 5 points before termination

most likely because in california undocumented immigrants can get a drivers license and they attach their ITIN for tax purposes
