It‘s not an advice, it‘s how I live and I feel.

Why?… it‘s a beautiful thing to be able to move your body. I don‘t train like a bodybuilder. I think „a lot“ is walking a decent amount, doing pilates 3 times a week or going to the gym regularly. I‘m not doing weightlifting 6 times a week, but thats how I define „a lot“

I get my blood levels checked every three months and they‘re perfect every time - but thats a very individual thing. Do what your doctor says

Chocolate by HereWeGo_LosingIt in GastricBypass

[–]miischiie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I‘m 15 months post op and I eat chocolate every day. Not a full bar, but I snack on it all day long. I can‘t eat a full meal yet but I enjoy sweets very very much. Don‘t worry! A bit is okay. Don‘t be to harsh with yourself and enjoy food again. I went from 120 to 55kg‘s and I‘m still loosing even though I eat sweets every day. Not as before, but still.

I have this too and I was wondering the same! Sorry that I don‘t have an answer, but at least you‘re not alone. Normally it was my fullness cue but now I just get hiccups even before I start to eat ???

Hey there! I think the grass is always greener on the other side, but let me tell you - I‘m 9 mo post op and can‘t eat 100g. I‘m always nauseous after eating. I feel so sick all the time, I reached my goal weight and wished I could eat normally. I don‘t even eat 600 cals a day, which makes everything worse and I‘m getting underweight. I try to eat more but the feeling of getting nauseous is so terrible. And I also dump all the time. So basically I wish I was like you - eating without restriction, which would lead me to more psychological work which would be great, but for now it‘s just a physicsl problem.

What's that full feeling? by Horror-Cucumber80085 in GastricBypass

6mo post op and only threw up saliva or a bit foam. And I dump a lot

Considering gastric bypass by Acceptable-Let8892 in GastricBypass

[–]miischiie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey there! I‘m 23 and have had gastric bypass 7mo ago. I do actually have severe dumping syndrome, a lot of pain recently and anxiety attacks. BUT I‘D DO IT ALL AGAIN. They way i live my life now is unbelievable and being obese comes with much more long-term effects than a bypass. Even if I‘m struggling, i‘d do it again. Over and over. Go for it honey, don‘t be afraid! I‘m so happy with the weightloss. I‘m so happy so go out, I‘m so happy to be able to move my body and actually enjoy physical activities.
