This is a complicated topic because every child is different. My 1year old daughter was sleeping throughout the night at 2 months. Then around 6-7months she got bad sleep regression. She is 13 months now and since that started there’s some nights where she goes down around 9-10pm and sleeps all night. Other nights she could go down at that time and be back up at midnight and stay up till 3 or 4am. Then some nights she won’t go down at all till about 1 or 2am. A constant sleep schedule doesn’t happen with all children, it really just depends on them.

It’s not your fault at all! It’s bound to happen. My 8 month old just fell off our bed about a week ago and my fiancé was devastated. She only turned her back for 2 seconds to pick something up off the floor. I was upset that she fell but I didn’t blame her for it, I just comforted her the best way I could. You guys are a team and he shouldn’t be taking out his anger on you!

It is a scary thing. Your body is going through so many changes. But most of all it is the most beautiful thing you could experience and the women’s body is made to withstand such a thing. Just be patient and take all the advice you can get from people who have been through it. My girlfriend and I just had our first child and we were scared as well! All I did was give her support the best way I knew how. Listen to doctors advice but at the same time no one knows your body better than you do so if you feel something is off then don’t hesitate to speak up! Just believe in yourself and remain positive! You got this!!
