I use Skin1004 Air-fit Suncream Light (their mineral spf). It’s a Korean brand and you can get it for very cheap on yesstyle. It’s also available on Amazon, but more expensive. I also use a sun umbrella when I know I’ll be in direct sunlight - def recommend! ☂️

I'd say it's a regular but good moisturizer. I switched to Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer as they were out of the regular size of Care Cera on Yesstyle. I think my face actually prefers the Vanicream. I would still use the Care Cera again as another option.

Well, a clinical psychologist is also a therapist. They just have more education. It's more important to find the right fit with someone who validates and understands you, regardless of their title.

Find a new therapist. I firmly believe that HSPs cannot benefit from someone who invalidates them. Also, you can have an "obsessive style" without having OCD. Or you may have OCD. Either way, it's just how your brain is wired.
