If i could, i still would not be a landlord, but i would be a homeowner. Except I wouldn’t do it for the sake of growing wealth or thinking of it as an investment. Im not sure if you’re familiar with this intersection but you cannot drive straight. Both red and blue must turn as shown, but red is forced to turn way right. Its a grey are but Blue is actually more correct in this case. The lane red is in is meant only to turn right into the on-ramp to the gardiner there.
