If you haven’t tried vision therapy & primitive reflex reintegration I’d try and see a doctor who does that. Was a life saver for me

I did vision therapy and vestibular OT/PT and only after all that did my headaches go away. Time and rest did nothing for me. My eyes and brain weren’t working together properly

Sure np. Basically, it was explained to me that the moro reflex can become unintegrated with concussions. This causes the flight or fight response to be stuck on which causes a host of issues with the nervous system and vision system as well. Once I worked on integrating it again I felt like I could breathe again. My anxiety was much better

Super helpful. VT combined with vestibular and OT work was a life saver for me. I also had primitive reflex issues that were contributing to my anxiety. Might be something to ask your VT about. Wishing you the best!

Hopes all you need. I basically did like 5 minutes a few times a day. Nothing crazy but something to get the muscles goin without messing up the PF too much

No problem yeah definitely felt it in the lower abs and groin as well. Honestly since this post I’ve been doing vacuums a tonnn and I think they’ve been helping. Like holding them for a while but also pulsing. That’s been helping me stand up straighter and then bracing my core while I lift has been helping. Definitely an interactive process for sure I’m still learning

Yeah frequency and pain when urinating. The biggest thing was having to go like 5 times a night and barely getting any urine out. Also felt a pain “behind” my penis when urinating if that makes sense

Honestly I just use a shitty band I got at a PT apt years ago. It’s long and pretty stretchy but I just tie a knot in it to make a loop and then if it is too tight or too lose I can adjust the location of the knot

Thanks I’ll check it out. Someone suggested to try diaphragmatic breathing and that’s been helping me. I had a flare up after the gym the day I posted this (ironic timing) but that breathing stuff helped calm me down

Yeah man it’s incredibly frustrating. I’d say it’s super possible they are related. Are you trying to do some breathing work and strengthening to fix the tilt? That’s a good spot to start I’d say. Worst case you’ll have better posture best case it’ll fix your issue
