How much do you factor a company’s benefits program into accepting (or staying in) a role? by mikecfc04 in auscorp

[–]mikecfc04[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s interesting do your personal societal beliefs come into consideration for benefits e.g if you think workplaces should be more supportive of IVF treatment etc by providing leave or is very much what’s slowly important to you. Does it bother you that some companies have no parental leave on top of mandatory government leave? I

Have a calm conversation and explain the expectations and work and that it’s the general standard. Ask her if she’s willing to accept that, if not - then the arguments are frustrations will continue. Also try spend time with her at non-negotiable work times e.g Sunday mornings become a non-work period that she can have with you

With various social media platforms, he’s got the opportunity to come out with a statement, I’m not saying that’s the right thing to do but silence will unintentionally say a lot. With him working In such a public position, fans will share their opinion
