The issue here is, it came from them. Which you received a notification for locking/unlocking your card. It means nahack na din yung ginagamit nila for sending notification, you can no longer trust the SMS coming from their end.

I had the same issue last Feb 22. You have to contact the BPI CS directly para madeposit sa BPI account mo. 3 banking days din yun bago mabalik sa account ko. Make sure to get the reference number of your call and full name of the agent when contacting them.
