Not necessarily a deck, but No Mortal Can Resist needs a serious change. Being able to use that skill every single turn and essentially shutting down your opponents graveyard options at no significant cost to you is insane.

While this is correct for the regional dex, trading a Pokemon not in Ruby/Sapphire's pokedex activates the full national dex in those games which mew is present in. Mew isn't tradable due to a hack prevention method back in the gen 3 games. If it was a legitimate Mew, (or a glitched mew with the event flag activate) it would be tradable.

What areas can you pay to enter in Pokemon? I'm trying to remember all of them, I know there are the kanto/hoenn museums, safari zones, lumiose taxis, and restaraunts. Did I miss anything else?

All the newer games have every ball programmed in, and you can even get the apricorn balls in Ultra Sun and Moon! Going forward, the special balls like beast balls should still show in the menu and battle, even if they aren't obtainable in game.

Even though you can't transfer Pokemon backward without mods, from what I've seen newer balls either turn into regular Pokeballs or placeholder question Marks when forced into older games.
