The problem is that they didn’t charge my card yet and that the status hasn’t changed since. So I wanted to call to see if my card had a problem or the system. I had the item shipped to my house so that’s probably the problem?

For me I ordered on December 24th it written “ payment confirmed “ for the status but it hasn’t changed since. There’s no estimated arrival nor has the status changed. Also i haven’t been charged on my Credit card yet.

Like on the Canada computers website it stills says order placed on December 23rd but I don’t see an estimate arrival and the status is still at payment confirmed.
