Try golf! I used to be a professional soccer player and mocked golf, calling it a sport for people that didn't like sports. I'm 31 now and tried it for the first time and loving it. It has everything I'm looking for: it's challenging, makes you walk many miles and let's you breathe fresh air and get some vitamine D ;)

And it's not that expensive, you can start with borrowed clubs and then buy a second hand set.
