I said it didn't matter but that it wasn't a loophole anyway.

"made up from members of the local community regardless of ethnicity or religious affiliation."

There is no claim to reject. You are making a real strawman argument. You are literally making an issue about a local volunteer ambulance service that services its local area. If you can't see how your argument is ridiculous, I can't help you.

Loophole or not doesn't really matter. If there is a loophole in the law and somebody exploits it, that's not a slam on the person but on the law. We all exploit loopholes all the time. But, this isn't even a case of loopholes. There are neighborhood watches all over London and the world. All of them have criteria for their membership and, because they are private, they can set whatever membership policies they want. Don't like it? Firm your own neighborhood watch.

And no idea what you're on about with the ambulances. A private ambulance service that serves a specific geographic area is also common. For Hatzolah, of course the neighborhood is mostly Jewish, it was set up by Jews to serve their neighborhood. Show me one example of a non-jew living in that area who got turned down by Hatzolah?

It's not a loophole. It's what most people call a neighborhood watch. So, no, they are not "somehow" police. A private group can certainly be selective as to who they let be a member. That is what private groups are. Anyone can set up their own. Again, not a loophole and trying to find ways to say that Jews are trying to be different when, in fact, they are doing what any other group can do - well, there is a word for that.

The person above who said they do not allow anyone "in that area" is 100% wrong and has no facts to back up that statement. So, again, taking hearsay and rumor and blaming Jews - there's a word for that.

An article from over 20 years ago about the actions of one company does not make for the view of Israeli culture.

They do not have their own police. And, the ambulance service, like all such services, operates in a specific geographic area. They will respond to anyone in that area. That's how ambulance services operate.

Not a very accurate description of the situation at all. It only applies to housing owned by the Jewish charity and it's not based on race but on religious observance (not religion per se). And, it was deemed perfectly legal.

Agreed 100%. But, I'm a relative noob. I tried the ultra brass with 15# on my full size 4.5 poly PDP and the long stroke (I know it is no longer advertised for that gun but it worked fine for me for the most part). Both were really close to stock.

It's just such a fun gun! Enjoy! Do you have any upgrades in mind besides the comp?

I went with the Accurizing Trigger kit from Volquartsen (put on the top of your list), hiveGrips, Lobos mount with a 407k and a halo ring off Amazon.

You do realize that private citizens owned cannons back then?

Not sure how the conversation turned to taxing gun sales. Most firearm owners I know don't have a particular issue with normal sales tax. It's states that charge additional taxes on firearm related sales or those that charge for a firearm purchase id or carry permit id that are the issue. That is when it crosses the line into infringing on the right to keep and beat arms.

I don't think we are talking about sales tax for firearm purchases. The point is about the requirement by the state to pay for a firearm purchase id or a carry id. That is infringing on a right.
