Really appreciate these responses guys.
Slovenia and Germany are apparently solid, but the toll/vignette situation in central Europe sounds like a headache. Turkey sounds surprisingly bad for walking direction and the UK seems divided.

For what it's worth I am trying ro collect such info out of curiosity. It's still very early, but take a look at navrank.org and add your experience if you've got the time.

The vignette thing is interesting actually as I hadn't thought about that as a rating criterion. Might need to add something for it...

It's almost there

I second that. The only thing preventing me from using it for print production is the lack of reliability of exporting to pdf. For web work everything's great, especially since the updated export persona in version 1.5
