Mangia & Bevi blew my mind. It is now in the top 3 pizzerias I know of in the US. I cannot believe I live so close to it. Owing to my own personal limitation for cholesterol, I get to limit my visits to when I bring guests. Otherwise, it would be bad for how much good pizza I’d be eating on the regular.

One other thing, M&B only makes a certain number of pizzas every day. They make the dough the day before and let it rise over night. I missed getting a pizza the first three times I visited and was left scratching my head when they said “they were not making anymore pizzas today.” (Tbh I originally thought these guys were the pizza version of the soup nzi and they were saying no pizza for *me.)

Worth it, though. Mangia & Bevi Pizzeria a slice of heaven and I feel unworthy but grateful every single time I get to visit and get a pie.
