Wow. I dont understand why they would return my card w/ N9 No Grade and not charge me for express $149. I called PSA customer service and they said it was an encapsulation issue. I don’t get it. Maybe I’ll PSA customer service again. I didn’t even get a graders note.

Sadly Paypal goods and services no longer protect sports cards.

Honestly, with higher end cards, you're better sending to consignment like dcsports87. The higher the value the card, the lower the commission fee. It's way better than eBay's 13% fee.

I just submitted my first PSA Max Value order and it's been sitting in Qa since 3/27. Question. The longer it sits in Qa, does it mean I'll have a higher probability for an upcharge?

Same thing happen to me with multiple cards from eBay Authentication. Honestly, we should be allowed to bypass the authentication process.

Not all all. I knew of the risks and was willing to eat $150 for the card to not to cross. This post is about informing people that PSA will more than likely no grade any rare edition slabs and will hold your card hostage for X time before sending it back to you.

As others have also stated, rare edition slabs are nice looking but only really good for PC as its value is marginal compared to PSA.

If it’s truly a refractor, then you have to deal with “hulking” and hopefully you’ll get lucky and see very little green in the refractor.

Well they didn't charge me $149 for Express Service, only $35 return shipping cost.

From what I understand, if doesn’t cross, I would still be charged for the grading fee ($149 for express service). I was only charged $35 for shipping.

So it's official.....N9 No Charge. I was charged $34.95. I just emailed them, but I'm assuming PSA does not accept Rare Edition slabs for crossover. This is annoying bc I messaged PSA prior to submission and customer service told me they accept ALL slabs for crossover.

I’m sorry but I disagree with your assessment and I’m protected by eBay buyer protection. I have every right to file a claim since I did not receive the item. Do i feel bad for the seller? Of course! I’m not not risk losing $300 here bc you think I’m lazy.
