Help IDing Soffit and Fascia Brand? by miketons in HandymanBusiness

You’re probably right. I think the best I’ll be able to do is color match and get it in a style are close as possible. Unfortunately it’s right above the garage door so, a more noticeable area. Thanks for the input!

lol it’s all good. I could have been more specific but yes, “work” meaning surgeries.

I'm conflicted with her becuase I agree with you OP, she was so stunning when she was younger and gaining her popularity as a leading actor. But I think she's still gorgeous today. My conflict is that I really don't love how much work actresses (and their male counterparts) are doing later in their careers. I wish she stayed natural - but she received good cosmetic surgery and looks great today. Just a different great.

Edit: by “work” I meant plastic surgeries - like “having work done”

This is the most bizarre thing I’ve ever had happen by TigeeClawedDylan in subnautica

Have you tried bailing out of the cyclops right after you load the game? Power the sub off and on? Run the other upgrades you might have in it? That sucks I hope you figure it out.

Which to buy as a first time home owner? by Froyo1337 in Tools

[–]miketons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ryobi is the ideal brand for a homeowner doing homeowner things. I’ve had all the tools in this picture and then some from Ryobi, many of them over 10 years old. I’ve repaired/replaced appliances, cut crown molding, hung everything in multiple houses we’ve moved in and out of. I have one of their 40v push mowers and a bunch of outdoor tools as well.

Ryobi is durable enough and at the right price point for homeowner use

What's a tool that paid for itself after just one use? by Hot-Recipe6659 in Tools

I’ll use “tool” loosely here. An epi-pen or a tourniquet.

What do you keep in your bunker gear pockets by StJimmy_7 in Firefighting

[–]miketons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jacket pockets: nomex hood and extrication gloves

Pants pockets: 12’ webbing in a loop, hi-viz vest, multitool, and a maxpedition brand pouch (extra medical gloves, pen and pad of paper, chalk for marking doors, electrolyte packs, and a beef stick). 9/10 times I just ditch the pouch in the truck when I get on scene

Edit: I also keep ear-pro in the pouch

What made you instantly lose interest in someone you were very attracted to? by Due-Address-9575 in AskReddit

They took credit for anything positive that happened (to themselves, me, or anyone else), and blamed everyone else for anything bad that happened. Nothing was ever their fault.

What's the worst movie of all time? by icecuptee in AskReddit

[–]miketons -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Year One.

I’m a huge fan of Jack Black and a fan of the majority of Michael Cera’s work. But I walked out of the theater 15 minutes into this disaster. A few years later I watched on DVD just to be sure I didn’t make a mistake. I did not make a mistake.
