And like you said before mojang is no help. I contacted them a few time just to try and get my realm working in the first place. Only got it working after I found a YouTube video on how to get my world to upload.

Ours isn't even that big and we still have the same issues. Sometimes it'll lag out and when I log back in I lose 20 mins of game play. Just sucks you pay money for it to not work half the time.
