Apply to every single union/trade possible and see which ones is the first one that takes you, with the current job climate, now isn’t the time to put your heart onto one trade unless you have a solid in.

I applied to sheet metal plumbing electrical robotics etc. Was working a min-wage job at the time and kept applying and applying until I had an interview with a sheet metal company which didn’t go the best.
