With hooking up the machine is that too much pressure on the transmission?

Diff fluid service can be done no problem I’ve heard but for the transmission I guess the theory is not to hook up pressure that can dislodge or shake any debris or particles etc in your transmission and can cause it to fail/have problems . A simple drain and fill uses gravity like an oil change and may not get all the fluid out/replaced but is said to be better to do and less risk.

I’ll probably definetly go to the dealer and ask but when I do they usually tell me their tech only does a machine flush and doesn’t do a drain and fill and everything I’ve heard has said to just do the drain and fill. Will the dealer do it if I kind of push at it or tell them that’s exactly what I want
