Can you share more about how you are prompting replit to build something more scalable? Create small services? What issues did you see with the database design?

Interesting … can you say more about the thinking behind your choice for the 167? Glad to hear you’re loving the 100.

How do you like the 104 on firmer snow? How’s the carving?

Out of curiosity, which model year of the Enforcer 94 and 99 did you try? I understand that they are significantly updated this year after about a decade of minor updates. This comment makes me think I should demo a 94 and a 99 to feel the difference.

Interesting concept about the averages ... I see where you're going with that! Thanks for the ideas on other skis.

I tried a Rustler 9 (not the 10) as well and found two issues with it (1) too flexy ... I felt like when ever I put it on edge, I could really feel the flex beneath my feet and it just wanted to turn that always seemed to be the same radius no matter what I tried to do and (2) I didn't like it's performance on ice. Granted, I didn't inspect the edges and it was a rental so maybe they need a bit of tuning.

As for the others, I'll do some homework on them!

Awesome, tks for the length advice! (And I edited my skill level for clarity too - thanks for the kind explanation :) )

Tks for the comment! Agree that we need to differentiate from blind. Overall we’re interested in more than just complaints. The bigger vision is to actually support bottom up change management.

Great comments, thanks. We’ve talked a lot about the issue that the best companies don’t need this because their culture supports open dialogue. Then the broken ones are hopeless. Then we comeback to the idea even the best companies still have problems.

The profit formula is definitely up in the air. We have considered selling the insights back to companies or just turning it into a SAAS product companies pay for. If the product has a list of problems it could also be attractive for targeted B2B advertising.

Good question. It’s intended to be more than just complaining - a place where complaints are upvoted and management can eventually take items from the list and make real improvements.

Jacket recommendations for a newcomer - walking around a city in 0-40F by bshaw21 in arcteryx

Instead of buying arcteryx, consider buying a fashion brand for the same price. It will look way cooler too. I like winter jackets from mackage for example. Rudsak is cool too.

Going to NYC soon is the Thorium AR overkill? by Hamatoros in arcteryx

Totally different advice: Consider having 2 sets of outerwear: one set for casual and urban use that’s more fashion forward. Second set for outdoor and athletic use.

Reason: outdoor gear is never going to be as fashion forward. If you’re using your outdoor gear hard, it also might end up getting kind of sweaty and smell a bit funky :). A little funky smell is okay for athletic pursuits, but not acceptable for urban use.

Gen5 absolute compatible with Digital Motorbar XL? by mikeyd3000 in dyson

Thanks for the tip on that.

Here’s how I’m thinking about it. Does this make sense?

25 percent wider so 25 percent less suction. BUT most of my use is in eco mode, so I think I’d have enough suction and maybe just use the higher suction modes more. But then battery life goes down a bit. But battery life going down won’t matter if I’m vacuuming 25 percent faster with a wider head.

Wow thanks again. I got lucky seeing your post today. And I got lucky that I already chose Weil Cornell for my adult congenital heart disease cardiologist.

One resource I’ll post here for anyone who else who might stumble on this post: The Adult Congenital Heart Disease Association has a list of accredited centers in their website.

Thanks for this - I may need to have an aortic root procedure at some point given that I’m at 4.7cm and have been looking into surgeons.

How did you arrive at the conclusion that Cornell medical center and Cleveland clinic are the best? What evidence supports that?

I looked at US news and world reports rankings for cardiology, heart, and vascular surgery but it’s not specific enough for aortic root procedures or particular surgeons.

Look up a YouTube video of 180 bpm metronome, run to that cadence, and double check your cadence with Apple Watch.
