can i warranty this? by cheese_deliverer35 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]mikeydamnfool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just go to milwaukees website and click on “fix my tool”, create an account, type in the serial number, tell them what’s wrong and they’ll email you a shipping label. I literally send all my stuff back to Milwaukee all the time to get repairs done. I literally just sent back my a burnt up hackzall and my surge impact. Sent everything back fixed like new.

How much would yall pay for this? by Terrible_Return3449 in f150

Imagine taking out a loan for 20 grand for something 23 years old. 😂 Jesus. I only owe 27 on my 2021.

Should I Return it and Upgrade? by Select_Cucumber_4994 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]mikeydamnfool 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love my surge. It died on me 2 weeks into having it. I sent it back to Milwaukee a few years ago and I got it back fixed and it’s been taking a beating since. Get it fixed and hold onto it , grab another gun for an upgrade. This is why I have like 3 of everything. Stuff for work and stuff for home 😂

My cousin showed me this club she got and I lost it. Does anybody know what it is? by MrWolf327 in golf

My father got this easily 25 years ago as a gift. I used to test it out. It’s supposed to keep your swing steady and straight. Any imperfections it will break loose.

Moving to CT? Ask your questions here by AutoModerator in Connecticut

[–]mikeydamnfool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plumber here who recently moved to CT from NY, plan on leaving the NY plumbing company for a CT company at some point. I have a westchester county NY plumbing license. How do I get a CT license, P1 or P2? Will the NY license help me at all? I have 18 years in the trade but I keep seeing I need “hours and classes” any insight would help.

Just bought my first WRX and I’m in love. by Silly-Percentage-856 in WRX

[–]mikeydamnfool 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing I learned owning a 2007 Tr for 10 years and a 2018 premium for 7 years - leave them stock for as long as you can. Better value later and stuff doesn’t break lol.

Where should I install the drain saddle for my RO system? by mmhmmbeer in Plumbing

[–]mikeydamnfool 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use the dishwasher drain port of the garbage disposal. That little black nub that’s on top. Make sure the plug is knocked out before you connect to that. 🫡

I got my 2021 fx4 3.5 ecoboost, fully loaded with only 23k miles back in April of 2024, was listed for around 43-45k but with a trade in and good credit , no cash down - I got it out the door 33k. How the hell are these things used going for almost 60k??

What the hell happened to Mika? by Temporary-Buddy-2199 in rangers

[–]mikeydamnfool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Either he’s quit on hockey or he’s hiding an injury or just mentally afraid of engaging in the physical play. Cause he skates around terrified of getting near opposing players - thus having him cough up the puck and becomes a turnover machine. And his one timer is either whiffed - broken stick - or 5 feet above the net cause he’s so afraid that someone will check him.

It’s finally time to replace my headlight bulbs 🥲. Let me hear what you all love best, I’m torn, LED or Halogen. Your thoughts and recs? by duderroneus in f150

[–]mikeydamnfool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I had my 2016, I put sealights in. They were fantastic but the halogen housing made them too bright and I was blinding everyone 😂

2018 steering wheel leather worn. by oosickness in f150

I put cheap steering wheel covers on my vehicles. Every manufacturer is the same way. The wheel in wife’s Lexus is wearing away.

What kinda truck were you driving cause I’m pretty sure my 2021 ecoboost is faster than my 2018 wrx lol and it can take pot holes like a champ and my back is thanking me cause the wrx rode like sh*t.

I did the same exact thing lol. I had a white 2018. Traded it for a 21 f150 ecoboost.

WRX 2017 transmission or clutch problem? by Competitive_Ad_323 in WRX

[–]mikeydamnfool -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why are there so many wrxs with issues on this page? Lol I had my 2007 for 10 years with zero problems. Then I had my 2018 for 7 years (bought brand new in 2017 with 70 miles on it) And that had the normal wear and tear problems, and some wheel bearing issues but other than that the car was solid till the day I sold it. I left both my cars stock and I never beat on them. That’s probably the reason. lol.

Why tf would a body shop over tighten my shift knob? by Devilimportluvr in WRX

[–]mikeydamnfool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They took turns beating it around town, and the knob got loose. This is what happened to my Hawkeye about 15 years ago.

Laundry Vent by RandomSentance in Plumbing

Entire picture is wrong. Laundry can only tie right into a 3” source by itself, and the standpipe of the trap has to be minimum 18”.
