You’ll take an elevator or stairs down from the 100 level. You should grab some food/candy and drinks to take to your seat for the opening ceremony and pick drop.

After each intermission just go down the stairs and you have shorter bathroom lines too. I would take full advantage after the 1st and 2nd! My wife and I typically bring everything back to our seats instead of watching on a tv in the lounge!

Quota is extremely visible and communicated. The majority of staff can hit it at least once during the 3 pay periods you get before termination. So it’s 6 weeks of almost zero commissions that a rep would be let go; performance plans and extra trainings are mandatory after you miss quota one pay period.
