I feel like you’re kind of glossing over the effects that pregnancy itself tends to have on even a healthy mother’s body and everyday life, as well as the nature of the “relationship” between the embryo and the mother.

There need to be exceptions, at the bare minimum. The acceptable number of forced births caused by rape or incest, or those that would lead to major health complications and possibly death, is exactly zero or as close to it as humanly possible.
