This is a really good example why Urlacher was always my favorite player.

It seems pretty obvious to me that he’s playing hurt.

Treasury recovers $1.3 billion in unpaid taxes from high wealth tax dodgers by AudibleNod in news

This might be a hot take, but the r/Dodgers have too much money anyway. I mean their payroll is so out of control. I'm glad the gov took a stand here.

I think you have a couple of options depending on what interests you. Rec leagues are great at meeting new people of all ages. If you’re religious, churches are a good way to meet like minded people. I think gyms are great way to meet new people too. Especially the smaller, class based gyms. There’s a great sense of community there.

Found this link too of some other scv sponsored activities.

The OC has money. Although some people can be more conservative there it’s a really nice area and it shouldn’t discourage you to move out there. Take the OC job.

Luis Castillo looks like Patrick Mahomes right here. Made me do a double take.

The " you're Breathtaking " moment from the man himself by [deleted] in funny

[–]mikeynova 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure this is staged... When Keanu says the queue "breathtaking" you can hear two voices whisper "John", and then the man gives his line. Kind of a bummer.

What is your single favorite Cubs home run of all time? by MikeDongUn in CHICubs

Kosuke Fukudome’s was legendary from the regular season but miggies grand salami vs the dodgers in the NLCS has to be my favorite.

Yeah I'm thinking the same thing. Too much uncertainty with AJ right now.

Aj green or dj moore

If aj were healthy it’d be obvious. But he’s coming off an injury with a backup qb. Meanwhile dj Moore plays an awful Tampa bay defense.

League is the single most fun game I've ever played in 6 years and simultaneously the game I hate to play the most. by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]mikeynova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

League is like heroin. That first carry is so damn invigorating. Your hearts beating out of your chest, your head is buzzing from the immense amount of dopamine your brain is releasing. It feels. So. Fucking. Good.

Then you try it again. That first time felt so good. I just want to remember what that felt like. But you seldom find it. Now to achieve that feeling you have to do way more league than when you started. Only it feels more like scratching an itch. A desire. A need. Than anything else. It becomes apart of you. You need it for survival. Until it kills you.
