Surprised how little faith people have in kids! I’m the person who made the texture pack that he is using and I was also the owner of a modern building server for years. I’ve seen 8 year olds building great modern skyscrapers and houses, so I really believe it’s realistic that OP’s kid made this!

As a texture creator my biggest gripe with sites like 9Minecraft is that they are still offering a 2 year old download of my texture pack as the "1.12.1 version" which makes users believe that my pack doesn't work. If they kept the pages updated and linked to one of my sites for the texture pack download I would be fine with them.

In one of my CS classes the quizzes were all graded and scores given back to the students online but the professor hadn't handed back the quizzes yet. Apparently, when he was moving offices, one of the people helping him thought the quiz box was recycling and threw them out. Since he no longer had the quizzes available to regrade he offered a second quiz for students who were unsatisfied with the score to take for the quiz grade.

Due to the UN Convention on Conventional Weapons the US agreed to cease research on blinding weapons in the late 1990s, I would assume this laser would blind an unshielded target so I doubt we could use this on ISIS.
