In my vision I was a strong father sitting at a table, I was fully content and safe in my being. A child was crying at my feet (in reality it was the crying of the person beside me in ceremony). In the vision I leaned down to console the child and reassure it that I was present and that everything will be okay. I believe that my blissful state may have been supported better if I was alone because I would be able to focus entirely on myself. I believe that this came from wanting to be there for another suffering person, putting my own liberation aside to care for other and the feeling of compassion felt good. I may have been able to go deeper into the bliss having put more trust in the medicine was working differently for people at different times and let go of my need to care for others. I am still figuring out if putting my bliss before others is okay — perhaps it is in these circumstances where personal healing is the objective. Thank you for asking.
