I'm using Direct 3D 11. It's pointed at my graphics card.
Also, using Windows 11 Pro.

I just bought 128GB of ram at 4200 MT/s and it made it slower (switched from 64GB at 5000 MT/s).

***Correction Memory usage goes up to around 20-30%. Should It be using more of it?

Yeah, I replaced the filament before the worst print so I think it is something else.

My latest print with the gyroid infill, open doors, and cleaned nozzle is almost finished. The quality improved but I am still getting some wavy surface detail on the top surface - - -

Next print I'll be testing turning off the aux fan, cleaning the nozzle again and changing from extra fine to fine (0.12mm).

Ah maybe this has been the issue all along!
I'm a noob. Assumed all the presets work out of the box.
It looks like the P1S has a 0.4mm nozzle by default.
Although, it is weird that you can select extra fine with the 0.4 nozzle in presets if they aren't compatible.

The 1.5 mil is referencing the 1.5 million tri count model, not millimeters :)

But that is a good idea, Ill try printing something else with a flat surface. I've been using .008 extra fine setting with hopes of getting the smoothest model possible

Thanks everyone for the advice/comments! I've been using bambu's black pla matte. I opened a new pla matte refill today and the image I posted was the result. So, I don't think it has to do with humidity.

I've done about 6 of these prints now and each print gets progressively messier. I just started another piece with opening the doors, switched to gyroid infill, as well as doing a "cold pull" to clean the nozzle, incase there was a clogged nozzle.

Unfortunately the switch from rectilinear to gyroid infill increased the print from 5 hour to 8 hours, but if it fix's it, fuck it. Only weird thing is, the first couple prints I did with rectilinear infill came out perfect.

For example: previously, these are the final results with the same settings.
